Lead General Dentist – Commerce, MI

We are seeking a dedicated Lead General Dentist to join our team and continue the strong legacy built by Dr. Maassarani in this successful, well-established practice. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and experienced in a broad scope of general dentistry.

Position Overview:
This role is perfect for a dentist who is comfortable performing a wide range of procedures—including restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractions—while maintaining a high standard of care. Strong treatment planning skills and the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with patients are essential. We are looking for a doctor who understands practice growth, values same-day dentistry opportunities, and is committed to expanding and elevating the patient experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday – Friday (every other Friday off)

Compensation:

• $700–$900 daily or 30% of collections

Benefits (available after 60 days):

• Full benefits package

• Annual CE allowance plus access to Catapult, a cloud-based CE platform with unlimited clinician resources

• CE allowance can also be applied toward additional CE opportunities

• Paid professional costs: malpractice insurance, licensing, and professional dues

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Perform all procedures offered in the office, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractions

• Deliver excellent patient care while supporting practice growth

• Identify same-day dentistry opportunities and contribute to treatment planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, but motivated newer providers will be considered

• Clinically confident with a broad general dentistry skill set

• Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills
