Position Highlights

• Advanced Clinical Focus: Perform comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, surgery, endodontics, and implant procedures. Mentorship is available for doctors looking to expand their skills.

• Proven Patient Demand: Full schedules and steady new patient flow in a modern, doctor-led private practice.

• PPO/FFS Model Only: No Medicaid, no HMOs.

• Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM

• Friday: 8 AM – 12 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 Signing Bonus

• 30% of Net Collections with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate

• Projected Earnings: Collecting $90,000/month = $27,800/month or ~$333,600/year

• $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days

• No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments
