• Forecasted Year 1 Earnings: $230,400 – $288,000

• $1,600 Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days

Open to experienced clinicians and strong new grads — with mentorship and peer support from the Practice Owner and clinical network.

Clinical Model Built for Production (3-Column Flow)

• Operative Column: 5–7 procedures/day (restorative, surgical, endo, implants)

• Hygiene Column: assisted hygiene model supporting 8–12 hygiene exams/day

• Support Column: 1–2 NP exams/day + follow-ups, limited walk-ins, seatings

• Intraoral scanners

• Soft-tissue laser, implant motor, rotary endo
