DENTIST CASE COORDINATOR

Smilelink Dental Laboratory LLC is currently looking for qualified Case Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications:

- GP Dentist or equivalent

- Literacy in using Microsoft Office Applications

- Computer Literate

- Knowledgeable in different types and kinds of prosthesis

- Effective Decision-Making Skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

- Proactive and has initiative

- Positive attitude and character

- Strong rapport building skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle and monitor case request of clients from the receipt of the item until the delivery of the case.

- Communicate and provide case requirements and progress updates to dentists by overseeing the progress of cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring that all steps are followed efficiently.

- Receive and coordinate technical instructions of doctors to the dental technicians.

- Resolve concerns and complaints of the clients whenever needed.

- Make visits to the clients to further understand the requirement if found necessary.

- Administer post service/delivery care and survey to the clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients to ensure retention.

- Monitor, track and maintain a report of all cases being handled.
