We are seeking a dentist with strong research orientation to support clinical research, product evaluation, and R&D coordination. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about applying dental science to real-world innovation in oral care technology.

Role Overview

As a Dentist – Clinical Research & R&D Coordinator at ORACURA, you will play a key role in facilitating and overseeing the clinical research and development of our products and devices. You will help design and coordinate clinical studies, analyze outcomes, collaborate with manufacturers for product improvements, and contribute innovative ideas during the product development lifecycle.

This is a non-clinical role that bridges dental science, research, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, coordinating, and overseeing clinical research and studies related to ORACURA’s products and devices.
  • Conduct patient-based research and outcome analysis to understand product efficacy and user benefits.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with manufacturers for product or device modifications and suggestions.
  • Oversee and facilitate R&D activities, ensuring alignment between clinical insights and product development.
  • Evaluate and document how devices (e.g., water flossers) and products contribute to improved oral health outcomes.
  • Generate new ideas and inputs during the conceptualization and development of innovative oral care products.
  • Facilitate and manage the overall dental research process across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams by resolving dental domain queries and providing clinical-scientific guidance.

Qualifications

  • MDS or BDS (Mandatory)
  • Strong foundation in dental science, oral biology, and research methodology
  • Excellent understanding of clinical research processes and data interpretation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in clinical research, dental product evaluation, or healthcare R&D
  • Familiarity with medical device standards and regulatory practices (ISO 13485, CDSCO, etc.)
  • Interest in innovation, product testing, and scientific validation within the dental or oral care domain

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
