Key Responsibilities
Handle all patient follow-up, appointment & enquiry calls.
Manage staff & dentist training programs.
Maintain NABH documentation & compliance.
Supervise stock, HR, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate marketing campaigns & promotional activities.

Requirements
BDS/MDS qualification (registered dentist).
2–3 years of experience (clinical/administrative).
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Knowledge of NABH protocols preferred.
Leadership ability with interest in management & growth.
