Department coordination & project administration specialist

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of technical and business experience in the electricity and water utility industry, with direct experience in business development, tariff structuring, and business planning.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems. Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, project management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with business planning and modeling software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset)
• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals and long term utility strategies.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with o QMS ISO 9001 and o ISO 27001 information security management systems (ISMS) requirements
• ISO 22301:2019 Security and resilience / Business continuity management systems Requirements
• Ensure all business development and operational processes adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with various KM departments and key stake holders outside Kahramaa for project management purpose

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
