Department Coordinator FMCG- Pharma Utility

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and service calls
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales, and technical teams
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure SAP is always up to date
- Support FMCG and pharmaceutical utility projects
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:
✔ B.Sc. in Engineering
✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to plan tasks, manage time, and coordinate resources effectively
✔ Experience with SAP is a plus
