Job Description

Support the Chief Architect during different stages of hotel and catering facility projects, from concept development to project completion.
Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with brand standards and functional requirements.
Prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings, layouts, and related project documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all design work complies with current regulations, building codes, and standards related to tourism and hospitality facilities.
Participate in site visits and assist with on-site coordination and project follow-up activities.
Review supplier quotations and cost estimates to confirm alignment with approved project budgets.
Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving design-related issues during implementation.

Job Requirements

University degree in Architecture or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related area.
Experience or strong interest in hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants, or tourism facilities will be considered an advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
