Overview

Job Details:

Assist the Chief Architect throughout different phases of hotel and catering projects, from initial concept to final completion.

Develop architectural and interior design ideas that match brand standards and functional needs.

Prepare, update, and maintain drawings, layouts, and all related technical documentation.

Coordinate with engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all design work follows current regulations, building codes, and standards related to hospitality projects.

Take part in site visits and support on site coordination and follow up activities.

Review supplier quotations and cost estimates to ensure they align with approved budgets.

Monitor project progress and assist in resolving design related issues during execution.

Support proper documentation and communication between all project stakeholders.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree in Architecture or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role.

Experience or interest in hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants, or tourism facilities will be an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills for working with different teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
