Job Summary:
Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Divisional Head in the Insurance Sector. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence at a divisional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead divisional growth strategies and ensure effective execution
• Drive sales performance, revenue generation, and client acquisition
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency
• Make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualification: Master’s degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Experience: 8–12 years in senior management or divisional leadership roles, preferably in the insurance sector
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
