Salary: ₹31,071 – ₹53,265 per month
Experience: Minimum 10 years (including 2+ years in a leadership role)
Qualification: M.Sc, B.Ed

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Mathematics Department, ensuring academic excellence.
• Design curriculum and teaching strategies in line with ICSE standards.
• Mentor and train subject teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.
• Conduct assessments, analyze student performance, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with school leadership on department goals and policies.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in school/college-level Mathematics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (ICSE curriculum preferred).
