This position entails advanced professional and administrative responsibilities overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of public infrastructure projects. The role includes managing a portfolio of capital improvement initiatives; supervising engineers, inspectors, estimators, and consultants; and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, utility providers, and contractors to secure approvals, resolve conflicts, and maintain project progress.
