Depot Manager

Ensure 100% implementation of delivery plans and approve the related expenses as per the relevant SOPs
2. Ensure 100% accurate and timely credit recovery from trade and institutions
3. Ensure 100% cash sales recovery and facilitate Depot Accountant in depositing it on daily basis
4. Ensure 100% warehouse stock maintenance as per the relevant SOPs
5. Ensure 100% physical stock taking atleast once a month at the end of each month and report any discrepancies to the BM Logistics on the standard format
6. Ongoing monitoring of the expense File
7. Ensure ongoing compliance of the Vehicle Policy document in relation to Fleet Management
8. Check the Vehicle Log Books as well Generator Log Book on daily basis
9. Maintain daily attendance record
10. Arrange monthly staff meeting and send its minutes to BM Logistics/H.O
11. Attend Customer and Principal issues relevant to his scope of work and provide solutions on a timely basis
12. Ongoing monitoring of the approved annual Expense Budget
13. Strive to Maintain Sales Return almost 3% in Local and 5% in Upcountry
