Position Overview:
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking a highly qualified and motivated attorney to lead our Contract Management Bureau in the role of Deputy Administrator. This position requires the ability to monitor and enforce compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations; plans, directs and evaluates the contract management operations of the DCSS.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and possess professional supervisory experience, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a myriad of individuals including stakeholders, the general assembly, and legislative issues staff.
