Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy CEO to support the Chief Executive Officer in driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion of SOS Pure Pakistan. The role involves overseeing key business functions including sales, distribution, R&D, and profitability, while ensuring compliance and effective decision-making across operations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans in alignment with organizational objectives
· Expand, manage, and strengthen the distributor network across target markets
· Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new distributors and key accounts
· Lead research and development initiatives including new product development, packaging innovation, and product improvements
· Monitor and evaluate sales performance, production efficiency, and overall profitability
· Ensure cost efficiency across operations while maintaining product quality standards
· Support the CEO in key decision-making processes and strategic planning
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations
· Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the CEO
· Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO SOS Pure
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 8–12 years of relevant experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution-based industries
· Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
· Proven experience in distributor management and business development
· Knowledge of product development and market trends
· Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business functions effectively
