Partnering with the CEO to drive strategy, performance & innovation across the organization.
Job Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
-
10 to 15 years of leadership experience in the education or corporate sector, preferably in managing colleges operations or academic institutions.

Proven track record of managing large-scale educational services, including academic support, registration, and examinations.

Experience in business development, financial management, and business operations is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
-
To lead the MES academics and operations at all Campuses across the country.

To lead the MES academics and operations team at MES head office.
-
To plan and execute and monitor the academic process at All RIC campus.

To coordinate with the MES exam team and plan assessment and examination activities across all the MES / RIC campuses.

To lead, execute, and monitor the enrollment and registration process at MES/RIC campuses.

To coordinate with the business development department and functional all new projects

To coordinate with the marketing department and support in admission targets
-
To coordinate with IT department of MES and ensure smooth operations of MES.

The deputy CEO will be directly reporting to the CEO MES.

To lead the learning and development activities for teachers and staff at MES / RIC campuses.

To lead the activities of student well-being and Tarbiya at MES / RIC campuses.
