About the Role: -
- Responsible for managing and leading Technical Team
- Should oversee the operation in regard to technical activities (UPS, Lighting, HT & LT Power Distribution, New installations, DG Operations, HAVC system, STP, OWC, Gas Bank, HSD Yard, Elevators, Escalators, etc.,)
- Ensuring EHS guidelines are implemented in all phased of technical activities performed
- Responsible for all assets, tools and tackles in the property
- Should have cost conscious approach towards consumable consumption
- Should be innovative and should be able to give new ideas
- Should have good negotiation skills with vendors/service providers
- Conduct facility and EHS related training to the teams / vendors & Service providers
- Should be able to quickly mobilize resources to meet the ever-changing demands
- Should be able to coordinate with the client and occupiers for building related matters
- Reporting to the client on daily and weekly basis
- Conducting compliance audits periodically and ensure system readiness anytime for any external audit
- Able to lead, guide and motivate for entry level & middle level employee’s
- Maintaining relationship with vendors/service providers that they are reliable and cost effective.
- Make Daily Reports of Attendance, Complaints & Closure Status Report, Consumable Report, and Incident Report & Clients Meeting Tracker.
- Handling occupier queries and resolving them in a professional manner.
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
- Inspect and approve staff work performance.
- Demonstrate leadership and training to staff.
- Communicate effectively to staff.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with client
- Supporting Sr. Property Manager for site deliverables
- Occupier retention and timely renewal
- Ensuring CAM charges are minimal and consistent efforts in reducing the same
- Ensuring cost saving initiatives are implemented at all phases of the technical activities performed
- Supporting Sr. Property Manager in planning and execution of shut-down

Co-ordinating with service provider / OEM's for Warranties, AMC Execution, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Programs.
- Supporting Sr. Property Manager in vendor /service provider selection and periodical evaluation

Representing Technical Portfolio in client /occupier’s forum

Responsible for asset performance (efficiency & effectiveness) and ensuring asset healthiness
About You: -
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 Yrs. / Diploma with 8-10 Yrs. Experience in Electrical Discipline
- Knowledge on system like HT/LT, HVAC, STP/WTP/Grease Trap, Elevator, Escalator, Fire System, Statutory Compliance (PCB, BESCOM, BWSSB, etc.,), Building Compliance, etc.,
- Should be having an experience of Min 5 Yrs. with Facility Management background with hospitality exposure • Should possess an eye for detail
- The person needs to have excellent communication skills, experience in working with a very young and demanding set of employees, having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations, and needs to connect well with the employees.
- A very smart, energetic person who is capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed.
