Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Clerk, a vital role dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of daily small city and administrative processes; taking water payments; answering telephones and booking building rentals. As a Deputy Clerk, you will serve as a key point of contact for the public, and local community. You will be a part of a very small team, providing exceptional clerical support and maintaining accurate records. Minimum of 2 years experience with accounts payable and accounts receivables is required. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to the community through various means of city business. If you thrive in a multi-tasking environment and possess strong organizational skills, this role is your chance to make a meaningful impact while developing a valuable local governmental administrative experience.
