Deputy Contract Manager
who can act as a trusted commercial partner to customers and internal stakeholders—ensuring contracts are executed with precision, transparency, and a focus on value creation—while supporting contract retention, performance, and growth across Operations & Maintenance (O&M) operations.
This is a strategic role working closely with the Contract Manager and Operations leadership, combining commercial discipline, customer relationship management, and financial performance oversight in a complex offshore environment.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

Support strategic leadership of FPSO contracts, ensuring retention, growth, and long-term value

Drive contract governance and performance, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual obligations

Work closely with Operations and senior leadership to define and execute contract strategies aligned with business objectives

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact on contractual and commercial matters

Lead contract performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and contribution management
-
Manage variations, amendments, and scope changes, including commercial negotiations

Monitor contract level financial performance, including revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow
-
Provide accurate forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting to senior management
-
Identify and pursue opportunities for contract growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization

Ensure compliance with HSE obligations embedded in contractual requirements

Mentor and guide contract and cross functional team members

Support nationalization and people development initiatives, where applicable
What We Are Looking For
-
10–15 years’ experience in contract management, commercial management, or similar roles within Oil & Gas, EPC, or FPSO environments. O&M asset exposure is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of FPSO operations, maintenance, engineering, and service delivery models

Proven experience with contract governance, negotiation, and commercial risk management

Solid financial acumen, including P&L oversight, forecasting, and margin optimization
-
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or a related discipline
-
(MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage)

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
-
Confident communicator able to engage effectively with customers, leadership teams, and external partners

High integrity, resilience, and sound judgment in high-pressure environments
