Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. This role involves direct customer engagement to generate & develop leads into proposals, and guide engineering team to craft the appropriate solution balancing technical needs & cost. The product portfolio includes wiring harnesses, RF cable assemblies, fibre optic assemblies, RF components like waveguides, filters and RFoF solutions.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key scientists & technical officers
  • Interact with new & old clients to generate business leads, validate requirements and provide

product/service information

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support the sales process

Sales ownership

  • Own the entire sales process across requirement gathering, technical solutioning, quotation development &

delivery, follow ups, pre-tendering support, post-tendering delivery with the customer and following up for

new business

  • Assist in creating sales collateral, including brochures, to support business development efforts
  • Participate in technical conferences to build & generate new leads, and identify new project lines

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical compliance team to generate a solution
  • Collaborate with other teams – CRM, Sr. Leadership, Order Operations, and Production

Qualifications

  • B.E / Diploma in Electronics, Communications, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus)
  • 7-10 years of work experience in handling Indian PSUs (DRDO, BEL, HAL, etc.) as customers
  • Proven ability to manage complex proposal processes and secure business opportunities.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational, communicational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel to all over India for customer visits
  • Wire harness/RF experience is a plus

Salary Range – 10 to 15 LPA based on previous work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
