Deputy Director / Arabic Teacher

About the Role:
Children’s House Montessori is seeking a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager / Arabic Teacher to join our leadership team. This unique role combines teaching Arabic with supporting curriculum development and contributing to the overall management of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations and health & safety standards.
• Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons tailored to early years learners, integrating Montessori principles where appropriate.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and ensure alignment with EYFS and Montessori frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
• Represent the nursery in community events and promote a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and electronic documentation.
• Contribute to planning and execution of special events, camps, and enrichment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Arabic in an early years setting.
• Experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient written English and Arabic.
• Experience in electronic record keeping.
• Leadership qualities, collaborative team spirit, and a positive attitude.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
