Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- MS in Engineering/ CS/ Finance / adult education or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
- A total of 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Academic Management.
Desirable:
- 8-12 Years of Experience in Academic Management.
- Experience as a Program Coordinator at university level is preferred.
- Experience in outcome-based education, and curriculum mapping.
- Experience in conducting visits of accreditation bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all UG/MS/PhD programs have the necessary resources available.
- Monitor the mapping of program objectives to the courses and outcomes.
- Liaise with all schools of NUST for data and issue of instructions.
- Monitor the curriculum revision schedules for all UG / MS / PhD programs.
- Assist Director Academics in arranging in-house meetings on agenda items of ACM.
- Process cases for allowing UG/PG courses to be run with less than 8x students.
- Process end-semester review meetings of all institutions.
- Scrutinize and finalize Program Coordination data of all institutions.
- Monitor Faculty load (Teaching, Research, Administrative) of all institutions and ensure that loading of each Faculty member in line with FM load policy.
- Review the teaching performance of faculty and consolidate the feedback.
- Evaluate and assess the visiting faculty requirement of each institution.
- Identify the specialized FMs available within NUST against the TVF requirement.
- Process TVF cases for payment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director Academics.

- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
