Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and experienced Deputy General Manager – Administration to oversee and strengthen our administration and security functions. The ideal candidate will be a retired officer from the armed forces with strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills to ensure smooth facility operations, security management, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration operations across units, including facility management, transport, security, and general services.
- Lead and manage security protocols, ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies & SOPs in line with company objectives.
- Supervise transport fleet management, fuel consumption, and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Ensure proper management of canteen, housekeeping, utilities, and other support services.
- Handle government and law enforcement liaison for legal, regulatory, and security matters.
- Monitor emergency response systems and ensure disaster preparedness at all facilities.
- Control administrative budgets and optimize cost management.
- Lead, mentor, and train administrative and security teams.
- Support top management in strategic decision-making for overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Master’s degree preferred.
- Background: Retired Major / Lt. Colonel / Colonel or equivalent from Armed Forces.
- Experience: Proven track record in administration, facility management, or security management within corporate/industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple facilities.
