Position: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Engineering

A leading Dyeing and Processing Unit invites applications from highly experienced professionals for the position of Deputy General Manager – Engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in a reputed dyeing and textile processing unit
• Strong expertise in:
• Electrical & electronic maintenance of dyeing/processing machinery
• Automation, PLCs, drives, and control systems
• Utility management (boilers, compressors, ETP, power systems)
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning
• Energy optimization and cost control
• Compliance with safety and statutory regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire engineering and maintenance function
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of plant and machinery
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Oversee modernization, automation, and capacity enhancement projects
• Coordinate with production teams to improve efficiency and uptime
• Manage engineering budgets, vendors, and spare parts inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
