Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee and manage the operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of our facilities in Qatar. The ideal candidate must be an speak Arabic with 10+ years of experience in Facility Management and currently working as a Deputy Manager/Directors of Operations/Senior Operations Managers(or similar supervisory role). The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage large-scale facilities, teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
- Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary FM teams (maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.).
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, SOPs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s local regulatory standards, HSE guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement activities, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth facility operations.
- Prepare reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans for senior management.
- Implement energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Handle emergency response planning and crisis management.
Requirements
- Arab national (Preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management within large organizations, real estate, corporate, hospitality, or industrial sectors.
- Currently employed as a Deputy Facility Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant FM Manager (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, soft services, and FM best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC preferred.
