urpose of this position is to achieve and surpass benchmark standards for maintenance cost, delays & accidents. Training and development of team down the line. Preventive , Predictive maintenance ,Shutdown maintenance of mechanical equipmnets including hydraulic systems of Down Coiler, Finishing Mill ,Coil Box,Roughining Mill, Reheating Furnace in HSM. To keep equipments at best operating condition and keep breakdowns zero. Maintenance Planning, condition monitoring & troubleshooting skills. Planning for spares and equipment replacement and refurbishment in time. Constantly work towards innovative solutions for problem areas. Ensure statutory compliance.
