Strategic Leadership

•Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to strengthen Ajmal’s brand equity, visibility, and market positioning.

•Lead brand research, consumer insights, and market trend analysis to inform campaigns, product development, and market expansion.

•Own and manage the marketing P&L to ensure effective budget allocation, ROI, and business impact.

Brand & Campaign Management

•Drive 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, events, and media channels.

•Oversee product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity, customer expectations, and market trends.

•Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to amplify brand reach.

Product & Innovation

•Work closely with product development and merchandising teams to translate consumer insights into successful product concepts and launches.

•Identify growth opportunities across categories and geographies.

Digital & Consumer Engagement

•Lead digital marketing, content strategy, and social media engagement to build a strong online presence.

•Strengthen CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and data-driven marketing for deeper consumer connection.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

•Collaborate closely with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
