Job description:
Financial Control & Reporting

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.

Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead the FP&A team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Budgeting & Cost Control
-
Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.

Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

CA with 8-15 Years of relevant experience with Real Estate industry

Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities

Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
