Deputy General Manager of Finance

Job description:

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
• Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the FP&A team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
• Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CA with 8-15 Years of relevant experience with Real Estate industry
• Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities
• Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
