Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales targets: Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member
  • Sales team: Building, leading and mentoring the sales team in the North & East
  • Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region
  • Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business
  • Sales data: Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams
  • Market research: Gathering research about the target market
  • Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to the sales process and drive excellence through SFDC utilization


Skills & Qualification:

  • Educational Background: UG & PG in Marketing.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in B2B sales, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience driving performance in medium to large organizations.
  • Analytical Acumen: Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze trends and implement strategies effectively.
  • Experience: 13+ years in sales and business development roles, showcasing consistent growth and achievement
