Job Description – Deputy General Manager (Procurement)

Male Only | Immediate Joiner | Senior Role

We are looking for an experienced DGM – Procurement to lead sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and procurement strategy across the organization. The role requires strong negotiation skills, leadership ability, and end-to-end procurement expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall procurement operations and sourcing strategy
  • Develop, evaluate, and manage key vendors & suppliers
  • Drive cost reduction, rate negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Ensure timely purchase planning, material availability & approvals
  • Oversee procurement documentation, PO flow, and compliance
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and project teams
  • Ensure vendor performance monitoring & continuous improvement
  • Prepare procurement MIS, dashboards, and management reports
  • Handle procurement audits and process enhancement
  • Mentor and guide the procurement team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (B.Tech/ MBA preferred)
  • 8–12 years of procurement experience in senior roles
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor development & negotiation
  • Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills
  • Stable career background preferred
  • Male candidates only
  • Immediate joiner prefer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹397,469.73 - ₹800,000.00 per year
