Job Description:

Be part of an exciting journey in technical project management! We're looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to drive success across multiple projects while delivering exceptional value to our customers.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Project planning, monitoring, controlling for execution, target achievement & shortfall analysis covering mainly for Electrical EPC Projects covering mainly Transformers, MV/LV Switchboards, UPS, DB's, Battery Charger, Switchyard, GIS, Sub-station, CSS, Instruments etc. Conduct iKOM, KOM, Project review meetings, SteerCom meeting, Site Review meeting on periodic basis.

  • Co-ordinating with all internal stakeholders (all supporting functions - Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Contracts, Legal, Site Erection & Commissioning), escalation & vendor management for Electrical EPC Projects. Visit to Customer/Consultant/vendor/Site Locations as per Electrical Project requirement for project progress.

  • Monthly Planning of Sales, Billing & Collection activities for Electrical EPC Projects and ensure to meet targeted goals.


  • Ensuring the Electrical projects are completed within the given budget and strive for margin improvement.

  • Risk management for Electrical Projects: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and deciding how to mitigate them.

  • Monitoring and control of Electrical EPC projects status at various stage of process to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Preparation of monthly project MIS reports based on SAP data and other project trackers on various tools such Jira, other project monitoring tools.

  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation. Complying with relevant and applicable procedures.
Functional Competencies :

1. Electrical/C&I EPC Project Experience - Transformers, MV/LV Switchboards, UPS, DB's, Battery Charger, Switchyard, GIS, Sub-station, CSS, etc.

2. Good Written/Verbal English Communication Skills
3. Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Office
4. SAP / ERP System Knowledge

B.E/B.Tech Electrical Engineering
