Responsibilities

Identify potential clients in the Mumbai real estate market through market research and networking

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Real Estate certification or relevant courses preferred

Minimum of 16 years of experience in sales sourcing within the Real Estate industry

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
