Department: Group Business
Reports to: Sales Manager
Purpose
To drive Credit Life insurance business through group business channel partners by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for Credit Life business.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and business penetration targets for the group business channel.
- Train and support partner staff on Credit Life insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms.
- Monitor partner performance, provide timely support, and resolve issues effectively.
Must Haves
- Good knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products
- 1–5 years’ experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
