What You Will Do:


We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can manage teams, drive campaigns, and keep our goals on track. You’ll play a key role in shaping our strategy, boosting performance, and making sure our marketing delivers real results.


  • Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead multiple marketing teams, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business goals.
  • Motivation & Performance : Set clear KPIs, encourage open communication, and inspire high-performing, engaged teams through regular feedback and recognition.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and deliver measurable results.
  • Process Optimisation : Improve marketing workflows, implement best practices, and use tools such as Jira to streamline operations and maintain alignment.
  • Performance Reporting : Produce reports on marketing efficiency and collaborate with the Analytics team to gain actionable insights.
  • Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and a strong return on investment.
  • Resource Planning : Work closely with the Recruitment team to support hiring needs and team growth.
  • Developer Communication : Act as the main point of contact for real estate developers during new project launches, ensuring smooth coordination.


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3+ years in marketing leadership, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Technical Skills : Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Leadership & Collaboration : Proven ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluent English required; Russian is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of real estate marketing trends and lead generation best practices.
  • Personal Attributes : Organised, open-minded, and passionate about marketing, leadership, and driving results with high standards.
