Deputy HR Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Initiate human resource programs and projects.
• Conduct research through data collection, surveys, and other methods to identify problems or root causes.
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel and clients for resolving daily issues.
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
• Assess client HR needs and craft customized solutions.
• Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating training and development across departments.
• Devise plans and techniques for driving change and managing organizational culture.
• Assist in the development and integration of HR policies.
• Select and implement appropriate HR technology solutions.
• Help establish control systems to ensure compliance with business methods and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
