Deputy Nursing Superintendent

Core Responsibilities
Experience: 15-20 Years of experience in healthcare/hospitals only

Nursing Administration

• Supervise nursing care across departments through regular rounds.
• Act as a liaison between the Nursing Superintendent and nursing staff.
• Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and confidential staff reports.
• Assist in preparing master duty rosters and recruitment processes.
• Officiate in the absence of the Nursing Superintendent.
• Conduct physical verification of hospital stocks (drugs, equipment, linen).
• Attend official meetings and report ward activities to senior officials.

Patient Care

• Evaluate care needs across units and plan nursing activities accordingly.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care in line with hospital policies.
• Receive and relay reports from night supervisors to the Nursing Superintendent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,630.30 - ₹62,627.50 per month
