Nursing Superintendent

A Nursing Superintendent is the head of the nursing services in a hospital.
They are responsible for:

• Supervising and managing all nursing staff.
• Ensuring quality patient care.
• Coordinating between doctors, administration, and nurses.
• Managing duty rosters, leave schedules, and staffing.
• Training and evaluating nurses.
• Enforcing hospital policies, protocols, and nursing standards.
• Handling grievances, discipline, and motivation of nursing staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
