Deputy Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering or relevant field
• 6–8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (preferably in manufacturing, leather, garments, Leather Gloves, Leather Jeckets)
• Strong knowledge of IE tools (Time Study, SMV, Line Balancing)
• Proficiency in Excel and production analysis tools

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time & motion studies to improve efficiency
• Develop and implement line balancing for production units
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements
• Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, capacity, and utilization
• Coordinate with production, HR, and quality departments
• Implement cost reduction and waste minimization strategies
• Ensure standard minute values (SMVs) are accurate and updated
• Train staff on IE tools and productivity techniques

Pay: From Rs130,000.00 per hour
