• Processes & Operations: Ensure compliance with company guidelines, optimize stock management, and implement RFID technology for efficiency.
• People & Culture: Recruit, train, and develop talent while transmitting company values. Support staff motivation, HR KPIs, and succession planning.
• Sustainability & Compliance: Manage resources responsibly, uphold Health & Safety regulations, and promote diversity and inclusion.
