Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts for the bank

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business

Understand the financial needs of corporate clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank

Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients

Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the banking industry

Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
