Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Admin (age 35–40) to oversee administrative operations, including purchases, rental customer follow-ups, and security management. The role requires excellent communication, strong record-keeping skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Responsibilities
- Manage company purchases and procurement.
- Follow up with rental customers for recovery.
- Supervise security staff and arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV/security camera systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and conduct research/analysis for management.
Requirements
-Age: 35 – 40 years.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel.
- Experience in administration, procurement, or security management preferred.
