Job Summary:
The Deputy Manager – Administration & Industrial Relations will oversee administrative operations while managing industrial relations to ensure a harmonious, compliant, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage overall administrative functions including office management, housekeeping, and transport.
- Supervise facility maintenance and ensure smooth operations of utilities and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Monitor vendor contracts, service providers, and procurement of administrative supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and internal arrangements.
- Manage administrative budgets and control costs effectively.
- Lead and supervise administrative staff and ensure performance standards.
- Handle crisis management and emergency response related to admin operations.
Industrial Relations (IR):
- Maintain positive relationships between management and workforce.
- Handle worker grievances, disciplinary matters, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Standing Orders and other applicable regulations.
- Liaise with labor unions, worker representatives, and government authorities when required.
- Support implementation of HR policies, collective agreements, and company rules.
- Conduct domestic inquiries and assist in legal/labor cases.
- Promote a healthy work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in handling audits and inspections related to labor compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Administration with exposure to Industrial Relations.
- Experience in manufacturing/textile sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
