About the Role
Metaline Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading name in auto parts manufacturing, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Team Lead Administration to oversee end-to-end administrative operations, security, facility management, and legal affairs. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence across factory premises, company properties, and associated entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration & facility management functions including housekeeping, utilities, maintenance, and vendor management
- Oversee security & vigilance operations, including CCTV monitoring, gate control, and risk management
- Ensure effective legal affairs handling, including:
- Liaison with legal advisors and government authorities
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Handling legal documentation, notices, and case follow-ups
- Manage external relations with law enforcement agencies, WAPDA, Sui Gas, and regulatory bodies
- Supervise scrap & waste management processes ensuring transparency and compliance
- Develop and implement administrative policies and SOPs
- Handle protocol, events, and hospitality management for executives and guests
- Manage travel & logistics (local & international) for directors and staff
- Oversee asset management, including vehicles, security systems, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with documentation processes (IGP, OGP, weight slips, etc.)
- Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to senior management
- Support HR functions including discipline enforcement, training coordination, and employee engagement
- Manage directors’ personal administration and company properties (including MTC & Manga Land)
Requirements
Education:
- Master’s degree (MBA / MPA), preferably in HR, Administration, or Operations
Experience:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in administration & facility management
- 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong exposure to legal compliance and government liaison

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
