Product Manager

Qualifications Required:

1) MBA or strong commercial exposure

2) BSCS/BSSE/BS Data Science/Analytics

Experience Required:

1) 5–10 years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software)

2) Strong exposure to Agile and PRD-led development frameworks

3) Demonstrated experience in business planning and financial modeling

4) Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

5) Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills

6) Experience in scaling software products beyond project-based delivery

7) Exposure to international client environments

8) Familiarity with Jira, Figma, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and CRM systems

Job Description:

1) Product Strategy & Portfolio Design

• Define long-term product vision and roadmap
• Identify scalable product opportunities (SaaS, licensing, enterprise solutions)
• Conduct TAM, SAM, SOM analysis
• Define differentiation and competitive positioning

2) Business Planning & Financial Modeling

• Build structured business cases for new product initiatives
• Develop pricing models (subscription, licensing, enterprise)
• Forecast ARR, CAC, LTV, and margin scenarios
• Support board and investor-level product narratives

3) Product Development Leadership

• Translate strategy into PRDs and structured execution plans
• Align Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Delivery teams
• Oversee sprint prioritization and release management
• Maintain alignment between sales commitments and roadmap integrity

4) Go-To-Market & Commercial Enablement

• Develop product decks, positioning documents, and value propositions
• Support discovery calls and enterprise proposal walkthroughs
• Align product messaging with BD and marketing strategies

5) Governance & Performance Metrics

• Define measurable KPIs (ARR growth, adoption, churn, product usage)
• Implement structured feedback loops
• Ensure scalable architecture over one-off PoCs
