Infrastructure & Property Management

Identify and evaluate commercial properties based on business expansion needs.

Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation with property owners and agents.

Drive branch rollout plans across locations, ensuring readiness and alignment with operational goals.
Facilities Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and space utilization.

Implement and monitor facility-related services such as housekeeping, security, and utilities.

Ensure workplace infrastructure supports employee productivity and safety standards.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure statutory compliance across all office infrastructure and facility operations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, renewals, and regulatory submissions.

Liaise with legal, finance, and external agencies to ensure timely approvals and adherence to norms.
