Job Description


Infrastructure & Property Management


  • Identify and evaluate commercial properties based on business expansion needs.
  • Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation with property owners and agents.
  • Supervise fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure timely execution and budget adherence.
  • Drive branch rollout plans across locations, ensuring readiness and alignment with operational goals.


Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and space utilization.
  • Implement and monitor facility-related services such as housekeeping, security, and utilities.
  • Ensure workplace infrastructure supports employee productivity and safety standards.


Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure statutory compliance across all office infrastructure and facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and external agencies to ensure timely approvals and adherence to norms.

  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior management and stakeholders
