Deputy Manager - Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Customer Code of Conduct and company policies
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external compliance audits
• Oversee adherence to legal and regulatory standards across all business operations
• Develop and implement compliance programs and strategies to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across all departments
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues
• Handle customer and third-party audits with professionalism and precision

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• 5 plus years of experience in compliance management, particularly in the textile industry
• Strong knowledge of Customer Code of Conduct, ACCORD Certification, and Textile Audit Certifications
• Proven track record of successfully managing compliance audits and certifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
