Deputy Manager - Contract

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for Adani.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to mitigate risks and maximize project profitability.
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify potential issues and propose solutions to senior management.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to track financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their contract management skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on contract status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in project meetings and cross-functional discussions to provide insights on contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
