Position Title: Deputy Manager Corporate Partnerships

Work Location: Lahore & Faisalabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, industry associations, and foundations.

2. Develop proposals and presentations tailored to the CSR priorities of prospective partners.

3. Research to understand trends, opportunities, and potential CSR alignment with organizational programs.

4. Design and implement CSR projects in collaboration with corporate partners.

5. Ensure projects align with both corporate donor expectations and the NGO’s objectives.

6. Oversee project implementation, monitoring, and impact measurement.

7. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector.

8. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate donors, providing regular updates and reports.

9. Organize partner engagement events such as site visits, workshops, or webinars.

10. Work closely with internal teams to develop impactful project concepts and proposals.

11. Draft grant applications, budgets, and partnership agreements in collaboration with program and finance teams.

12. Meet fundraising targets set by the organization.

13. Ensure timely submission of donor reports, including financial utilization and project outcomes.

14. Maintain compliance with corporate and legal requirements for CSR funding.

15. Document and communicate success stories and project impact to enhance partner engagement.

16. Collaborate with program teams to align initiatives with corporate needs.

17. Provide support and guidance to junior staff or volunteers involved in CSR projects.

18. Represent the organization at corporate meetings, conferences, and events.

19. Promote the organization’s mission through corporate engagement activities.

20. Stay updated on CSR policies, trends, and government regulations to guide strategies.

21. Partner with the communication team to amplify CSR impact stories across platforms.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.

2. Must have 5-7 years of experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or CSR in the NGO sector.

3. Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets and managing CSR partnerships.

4. Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal writing.

6. Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

8. Deep understanding of the CSR landscape and sustainability initiatives in [specific region or country].

9. Passion for social impact and aligning business objectives with developmental goals.

Experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
