This position will focus primarily on proactive initiatives to promote standardized and structured ER practices across sector.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, conducting audits and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Keep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee relations.
Detect and Mitigate Risks: Apply employee and labour relations expertise to successfully identify trends, gaps, and challenges; execute solution-focused strategies and programs to mitigate risks.
Analyse and Interpret Data: Maintain accurate records, apply analytical skills to develop recommendations; create scenarios, prepare reports and analysis for management review
To coordinate and collaborate with critical stakeholders to solicit /share information and influence required changes.
Problem Solving: Come up with independent thought to drive resolutions, support business ER on various issues faced by them to arrive at an appropriate Plan of Action.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

General Experience
