Deputy Manager - Employee Relations

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • This position will focus primarily on proactive initiatives to promote standardized and structured ER practices across sector.
  • Response time is a critical component for success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, conducting audits and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Keep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee relations.
  • Detect and Mitigate Risks: Apply employee and labour relations expertise to successfully identify trends, gaps, and challenges; execute solution-focused strategies and programs to mitigate risks.
  • Analyse and Interpret Data: Maintain accurate records, apply analytical skills to develop recommendations; create scenarios, prepare reports and analysis for management review
  • To coordinate and collaborate with critical stakeholders to solicit /share information and influence required changes.
  • Problem Solving: Come up with independent thought to drive resolutions, support business ER on various issues faced by them to arrive at an appropriate Plan of Action.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
